  • Our specially designed 'Kids Activity Programs' and 'Kids Birthday Parties' are very popular at Gunnamatta Trail Rides

    A. KIDS ACTIVITY PROGRAMS

    GUNNAMATTA TRAIL RIDES offers a morning and afternoon 3 Hour program and an All Day Program. Programs run every day during school holidays and on most weekends throughout the year. The Morning and All Day programs commence at 10.00 am and the Afternoon program starts at 1.30pm.

    Programs are suitable for ages 6 to 16 years and No Experience is necessary. Kids often develop their love of horses from our Gunnamatta Trail Rides Kids Program.

    What's Included:

    Lessons, Bush Rides & Fun Activities

    Every Kids Program includes a group riding lesson on one of our arenas, a trail ride and various activities which may include tack and equipment lessons, washing & grooming of horses, general horse care and gymkhana games. All fun activities with kids of similar ages.

    Your children will have lots of fun while learning specific knowledge and skills about horse riding and horse management.

    Bookings for Multiple Days: If you book your child to attend the Kids Program on more than one day, a 10% discount is applicable for the 2nd and subsequent days but only when booked at the same time and a deposit paid .

    Bookings: As numbers are limited, we recommend booking in advance. Programs run on Saturdays and on every day during School Holidays and are suitable for all ability levels.

     

    Session times for Kids Weekend Program & School Holiday Program

    Morning 10.00am - 1.00pm Afternoon 1.30pm - 4.30pm Cost - $ 80 per child

    All Day Program 10.00 am - 4.30 pm Cost - $120 per child

    B. KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES

    GUNNAMATTA TRAIL RIDES offers special Kids Parties with a minimum of 6 kids

    The Birthday Parties run for one and a half hours and are suitable for ages 6+ years. No Experience with horses is necessary.

    The cost is $50 per child and the activities include a riding lesson, a trail ride and other fun activities such as grooming ponies

    There are BBQ facilities and tables and chairs for those wishing to have a birthday cake and lunch

    These parties are a real hit with the kids.
